Here is the lovely Sophie modeling my first clapotis (scarf version). It's a gift for my grandmother, so hopefully she won't mind millions of ditzy white hairs. I'm really pleased with the way the variegatedness came out--at first I was afraid it was going to be excessively stripy, but it's kind of a cool deco pattern. The yarn is Berocco Soft Twist, and is the devil.

Wow, it's fab! It's turned out really nicely. I think for the next one I'd do it more as a scarf than a stole too.
